say I'm jogging and rollerblading at 4mph for about 45 mins.

I'd have to go with jogging...Roller blading allows you to coast at times, and jogging doesn't.

Jogging is more physically demanding. When you run, every time your feet hit the ground you land with a force of up to 4 times your body weight. This can be very demanding on your feet, ankles, knees, and back. Rollerblading does not cause this much stress on the body.

jogging is more damaging to the internal organs than rollerblading due to the constant pounding of your feet pushing you forward, while the rollerblades let you glide and use less energy to keep moving . check your physics, jogging is more physically demanding .

Jogging... because it puts more strain on you bones, joints, because your feet lift and gravity slams it back down

the wheels on Rollerblades create less friction and strain on joints

jogging, with rollerblading it is really easy to gain momentum and then just coast to keep moving. With jogging, you have to keep jogging to keep going forward.

jogging, because u r useing more force and muscle, rollerblades have wheels so ur more gliding along w/ the wheels

unless your pace is very slow at jogging, and very fast at rollerblading.

jogging. i do it everyday. rollerblading is too easy and requires less effort.
