In the U.S., the Churches of Christ (as opposed to the United Church of Christ, which is a very different denomination) only use a capella music. They view instruments as unbiblical. There are a few isolated groups I know of that view hymnbooks as being from the devil because they're not mentioned in the Bible, and will only use melodies that are made up at the moment (these groups are dying out). But despite these unique stances on music, they're still using music. I don't know of a group offhand that has completely banned music altogether.

Their are some forms of Baptists that only allow singing with no music. And maybe the Amish.

Yes the radicall Church of Christ denomination, they dont allow musical instument because they belive it is a terrible sin, based on a misinterpretation of a verse in Amos
