Has anyone ever had left temperal lobe surgery? If so, how was post op recovery?

I have treated someone who had this done. Years after the surgery, insomnia, depression, smoking and memory were the main problems left. Extent of problems depends on how much of the lobe will be removed, talk to the neurosurgeon at length, good luck
