Everyone's weight does that. Your weight fluxuates usually up to 6 lbs a day. This is due to many things including internal weight (bladder, colon), water weight, and the food you ate that day. That is why for the most accurate reading you need to weigh yourself at the same time every day.

You aren't overweight but if you want to get rid of the flubber in your belly start doing more core training. Yoga does this, sitting on an exercise ball does it. Good posture helps. Crunches and weight training all help stabilize your core. That will give you the long leaner look. Add more cardio to tone up and firm up.

You help your metabolism by eatting more frequently. Don't miss meals. Never miss breakfast. Eat something small--an apple, a handful of carrots, a cup of yogurt--every 2-3 hours throughout the day. This will keep you from eatting too much at lunch and dinner, and increase the speed of your metatbolism. Your body learns that food will come again so it tries to burn it up instead of when you don't eat your body tries to conserve calories and save them, not knowing when food will come.

Make sure you always eat dinner prior to 8pm. Your body does not digest as well later on (you need 3 hours before bedtime)

Just don't obsess about your body. You are at a very healthy size.
