I have been one since the day it started, no meaning to it,also mine disappeared two days ago.You can't get best answer with a question,and I agree it has nothing to do with your answer but your time here.

I don't think it's 'best answers' that get you that title - it's just the number of questions you answer in a particular category. If you answer more than the current leader, you get the title!
At least that's my perception of the rules............
