It's the way YOU are. You attract a certain type of weak man. Being young and independent makes you an interesting person with an air of security about you that's probably lacking in his life. It gives him a kick to be seen with you and a bit of status among his equally weak friends. On the other side of the coin, it probably gives you a bit of a kick to know that you have a bigger IQ and a bigger wage packet than your emotionally needy boyfriend. Sadly, you have discovered that these types tend to get jealous of what you've got, see you as an easy touch and thus take advantage of you. Maybe you should aim a bit higher and try going out with a guy who is your equal...or is it perhaps that you, yourself, feel a bit insecure around such interesting and independent men? Check it out.

it's an age thing - when i was in my teens I would have wanted girls only for sex - now im in my early twenties with a couple of failed relationships behind me and I don't want anyone just for sex, although sex is an important part of it, I want the full package..
