I bought one pound of ground pork by mistake.

I don't want to throw it away.

Any suggestions what I can do with it?

Something simple would be nice.

Sure mix it with burger for spaghetti or chili or meatloaf.

I always put it in my spaghetti/chili/meatloaf.

Put it on homemade pizza.

You can also season it, patty it up and have it for breakfast.

Ground pork is a great addition to a lot of meat dishes, such as meatloaf and spaghetti. But have you ever considered making your own homemade sausage? By adding crushed fennel seeds, fresh ground pepper, salt, minced garlic, and thyme, you can make your own breakfast patties that are probably less fattening then the commercial kind.

Ground pork is great in meatloaf or pasta sauce! Just freeze it if you aren't going to use it right away.
