AVG (www.grisoft.com) and AVAST (avast.com) are both free and good.

You will get as many answers to this as there are anti-virus programs. Though I would say the best two are Norton and AVG. If money is a problem, I would say go with AVG. You can get it for free and it does just as good a job as most all that you have to pay for.

alsp. ad-aware se is very good. You might try WINDOWS DEFENDER from microsoft.. Go to Microsoft.com for that one. Remember you should only have ONE anti virus... You CAN have more than one spyware
