Gal 5 is speaking of the “spirit of the law” that Jesus put down. Not about the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit are attributes of Jehovah God, his Power and Authority.
Obi-wan Kenobi is correct. Mark 16:17 “By the use of my name they will expel demons, they will speak with tongues.” And resurrection Act 17:32
