the situation is tht my bf is loyal.. n ya caring n evrythng but he does nt call me ofhen ... i.e once in 3days.. n says "its nt tht he is nt concerned or nythng... he talks 2 his parents at the same rate so does tht mean he is nt concerned 4 them...??" n im clueless... don kno wat 2 say n thnk... after cin al my frnds talk 2 their bf al day long i kinda feel bad.. but he says they r nt mature... n its my love 4 u tht matters n nt fone calls.... bt i feel if u r concerned then callin is nt the only criterion but.. atleast it shows care.... plzzzzzz help am i just unnecessarily causing trouble???

Now, every three days is what you call a friend. Heck, I talk to some of my "mere" friends more often than that! What is he talking about??

1) Hon, I hate to be rude, but you may get more responses if you phrase your question/scenario properly....ie: Don't abbreviate everything! "But" is such a short word, why only put bt? Just trying to help you out in the future so you get more answers to your questions!!!
2) I have been in your situation but I think you need to understand that some men just arent phone people..Hell, I used to be in high school, but now I HATE having to call people on the phone.
3) If you guys live in the same area and see each other every day, then I dont think its a big deal if he doesnt call extremely often.
4)Understand that your friends are in diff. relationships, not yours. Maybe they are or arent immature, thats irrelevant...but some relationships are better if the couple doesnt have to be attached at the hip 24/7
5) HOWEVER..if you are in a serious relationship and its long distance and you've expressed your concerns and agitation with him not calling (or him saying he'll call but he doesnt, therefore you feel he doesnt care)...then...I would suggest you not answering his next few phone calls (which may be a week or so...) and see how he reacts.. Some guys just need to be put into the other person's shoes to know what to do sometimes!

Second of all, calling daily is not a sign of love or care. It depends on how he treats you. If you want him to call more often and he doesn't, you can call him instead.
Some guys just hate talking on the phone. If he's one of those, then just try to see him more often so you don't feel neglected.
The main thing really is, do you want a boyfriend just so you can talk to him all day on the phone just like your friends, or do you want to be with your current boyfriend because you like him?
If its just to talk all day just like your friends, then girl, you don't need a boyfriend. You just need a talking robot.
So, simply put, yes, you are unneccessarily causing trouble. You already said he's loyal and caring and everything. If I were you, I'd just call him when I wanted to talk even if he didn't call me, or write him emails.

what i know is that if someone who cares about you SO much such as your boyfriend, he must call u everyday at least twice or 3 times ... but him calling once in 3 days is a bit weird ...
maybe it truely is his way in life, but i think u should tell him that it's not ur way .. well,, u cant always change stuff, but urge him to call you, like make the phone call so interesting to the extent that he will always love to call u !!
