She told me that she wants her space, and a guy who makes her chase after them and someone that does not fall all over her.
I know how i can give her her space thats an easy one. But how do i get her to chase after me. and how do i not fall all over her.

Ask yourself... why do you want her to come chasing?
True - making her jeoulous might work but what if it doesnt? That would just fire up more insecurity even if she comes back.
The best thing to do is to disconnect totally. No phone calls, no texts or emails. Just stay away. Give her space. That way, if she misses you enough, she would come back and she doesnt, you already have a head start to moving on. Meanwhile, take this time to reflect back in your relationship and see what you did wrong and how you can fix it next time.
But i will tell you one thing, jeolousy and revenge is never the best way to get back at someone.
Show her you can do better without her. and actually be better.

She has told you how she feels, so now you must respect her wishes. Give her space and time to do what it is that she wants. After all, you don't own her. Let go.

honestly...it sounds like shes just not that into you. Just give her the space and call her or see her once in a while and maybe she'll come around and realize that she doesn't know what the hell she really wants...and she'll see that she's being stupid and will come back to you!

you can start by hanging out with some female friends of yours or perhaps even flirting just a bit to make her feel jealous and u can 'not fall all over her' by just not being so desperate to get back together

Don't make yourself so readily available. Just have self respect, one by spending time with someone who wants to spend time with you. I would say back off but don't try to be something else. Backin' off should be enough for her to decide if she wants you back or not.
