I had lunch with my boyfriend at our favorite asian restaurant.

I had spicy chicken, mango chicken, green beans, steamed dumplings and an eggroll.

I usually bring my lunch at work but we have good friday off.

I always make extra at dinner to have leftovers. I did find a new easy lunch though. Buy potatoes wrapped in plastic. They are washed and cleaned and you just pop them in the microwave. Also you can find single serving sizes of brocoli and cheese. I bring a little light butter with me. I cook the potato and the brocolli and cheese. I add a bit of butter and fluff up the potato. Then I top with the cooked brocoli and cheese. It's good, filling and about 2.00. You could also add some leftover turkey or chicken.
