My little brother (5 yrs old) is a PAIN (as you can see from some of my other questions).
I have to babysit him and his friend (also 5) right now. They got out baseball bats and started beating me with them and pretending I'm some sort of bad guy and they're "trying to stop me"
So I called my parents and they got in trouble. They (my brother & his friend) then got mad and now are destroying the house (smashed the doors to the china cabinet, knocked over a lamp, put a hole in the wall, and tried to break a window). My parents don't believe me and I know I'm going to be in serious trouble.
What should I do?!?!?!?!?!

I managed to get the baseball bats away from them (after they beat me up with them) and now they're messing up my room (like throwing things around).

Why were you left ALONE with them?!?!?!??!?!?! well, first, take away the baseball bats and separate them into two different rooms becuase they are in timeout for like EVER!!!! make them say that they are sorry and say that you are going to call the police if they dont stop. Well, tell your parents to get home too!!!!

If it was me then I would be calling his friends parents and getting that kid picked up right away. Then you have to get control of your brother. Smack his butt if time outs arent working for him. He is 5 years old and he should know better then to act like that. Make him help clean up everything and throw away the baseball bats. Obviously he shouldn't have them if he is using them to destroy the house.
If your parents won't listen to you and come home, try a neighbor. Maybe if an adult would come over 1) they could get control of the boys and 2) they can talk to your parents about what is going on in the house. Maybe then your parents will listen to them at least. Next time you are asked to babysit tell them no.

get some control of the situation. Pretend that your parents told you to call the cops. Pick up the phone and be like "hello officer johnson, yes my parents spoke to you earlier about the situation at home right, yeah my mom and dad said its ok for you to lock them up untilk they get home" then hang up and say the office is going to there in 5 minutes so they better clean the house before they get her so they wont get in trouble. then keep looking out the window as if a car is coming down the street. that shoudl scare those little brats into behaving.
p.s. tell ur parents you can only baby sit ur brother from now on, not his friend.

CALL THE FRIENDS PARENTS TO COME GET HIM RIGHT NOW!!! If you can't control one 5 year old what makes anyone think you can control 2. After the parents come to pick up the other one. You will be able to control the other.

Call the cops AND your parents, and tell them the police are on the way and that you called them and why. If your parents don't believe you after that, then you have a more serious problem. Call the cops RIGHT NOW. And, if you have to, give your brother a spanking!

DISCIPLINE you need to tell your parents to come home now because its too much for you to handle and let them know EXACTLY whats going on. Also take control your the older sibling put them in a time out and take the bats away from them you cant fear a five year old.

First of all, if you are under the age of 15 you really shouldn't be responsible for the child care. Second, grab a camera and give your parents proof. Let them know these two are out of control and you should not be held responsible for them. have them hire a licensed child care provider.

Your parents are stupid for not believing you! They shouldn't make you babysit your brother either - why are they dumpin their child on you?! They gave him life, not you, your parents need to learn to be more responsible. I bet that you are counting down the days that you can move out huh?
Well sad to say there is nothing that you can do until your parents decide to grow up themselves, until then they will expect YOU to be the adult yet they will not reward you for it.

You should stop babysitting these kids. Your parents need to take control of the situation and his friend should not be allowed over until he stops his behavior.

Have your mother come home while they are in this disturbing mood and she will believe you then. Futhermore I hope the bats are made out of plastic. Mom will fix everything after her discovery of the boy's behavior.
