I'm not English.
I'm having problems with a computer game about WW2... cannot quite make out what one of the characters says.
It sounds like "what lee be need in, captain?". It's pronounced very quickly. The subtitles which are in my own language are these "how can i help you, captain?"

please, if you have any ideas, answer me, that'd be a real help!

It could be,

"What'll ye be needing, Captain?"

WHAT'LL is a corruption of "what will" and YE is old style English for "you."

It's also common in English to drop the "g" in "ing" verbs. For example, "I'll be seein' you!" or "I'm cookin' dinner." or "I'm takin' a bus to Chicago."

If you look at your question that way, I'll bet that's the answer.

What yee be needing, Captain ? (bad English! with a servant accent)
(what are you going to need, Captain ?
meaning:
Do you need anything else, Captain ?

(English is not my language, but that is how I understand this sentence).

He is definitely saying "What ye be needin, Captain?" Which does mean how can i help you, captain? The reason he says ye instead of you is just pirate/old english slang. Needin is just slang of needing.

He is probably saying: "What ye be need'n Captain" or What do you need Captain.

If your tanslation on your screen is right he is just saying what do you need, or what you need. the tranlsation on your screen is the correct gramatical saying.

The simplest answer:
It's most likely "What will you be needing"
or "what do you need"/"what do you want"
