God had the flood to wipe out the evil that existed during Noah's day. He did not take imperfection away though. So knowing humans would continue to sin he promised Noah that never again would he allow the earth and it's people to be completely distroyed by a deluge of water. This is why God provided the rainbow, as a symbol to establish this promise. Keep searching.

God made no mistake. He told the people what to do and most did not listen. He promised that He would never demolish the world from water.... Not that He would never demolish it again. The next time is to be with fire and brimstone. At the second coming.

God wasn't saying he was fallible He was granting mercy by saying He promised to never cover the Earth with a major flood again.

God didn't make a mistake, he flooded the earth on purpose to destroy sinful mankind. He promised he would not judge the earth by flooding the entire earth again, it's that simple, it was no mistake.

God does not make mistakes......

The covenant was just that....a covenant

And He also made a covenant with you......to never leave you nor forsake you.

Just ask for forgiveness....every day....your always welcomed in by the Lord Jesus Christ

Just remember, God is not obligated to reveal everything to us......if we knew everything about God, then WE would be God.

sure god seems infallible then, but whatever mistakes he makes, he can just as easily fix it
his mistakes are only seen by him and he can always rewind things back to normal
