Well, if you want to make huge gains in muscle mass, keep working out. Testosterone is highly anabolic. If you cut back on workouts you might get very aggressive and do something crazy. The workout is an outlet, keep going. Elevated testostrone levels builds muscle and burns fat.

Just curious, have you cut back on your protein intake? If you have, this may be the reason for the elevated testosterone levels. Your muscles are sending out an emergency signal for help in lieu of protein shortage, your body responds with testosterone. But apparently this happens under the right circumstances, take this opportunity to pack on some muscle.

Dont stop working out. All that T needs an outlet. If you stop, excess will convert to estrogen, which you dont want for obvious reasons. Take an anti-E conversion supplement called chrysin or saw palmetto berry. It stops the conversion of excess T into E. Broccoli, cauliflower and brussel sprouts are naturally high in chrysin.

Pl. consult a doctor about hormone levels and whether anything can be done to adjust them. Working out per se may not affect the levels.

Testosterone maxing is what many males want to achieve. I don't really see why you would want to , but if you want to mellow out you can relax more and cut down on your workouts like you suggested.
