Removing speakers from a 2006 4Runner?

I have a 2006 Toyota 4Runner and I was wanting to find out how to remove the front and back door panels in order to replace the speakers. I want to replace all 4 speakers in the doors. Any guides would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

For both doors: there is a screw under the door handle cover, and another under the armrest (need to pull off the armrest to get to it). You then have to remove the push-in retainer clip from the front upper corner, then remove the door panel by prying carefully around the perimeter to release the clips.
