Years ago I remember a wrestling teammate spitting into a bucket for quite some time in order to reduce his weight by a small amount (water loss through saliva). Other than that, proper nutrition and exercise are your best bets. Depending on your metabolism, reducing refined carbohydrates (sucrose, white flour), increasing fiber intake and eating a moderate amount of protein has worked for me. Must drink water too.

They have all kinds of weight loss supplements (pills, shakes, meal plans...) that help you to lose weight. But these only help you if you are dieting and exercising!! Alot of the pills come with diet samples and exercise samples too. Maybe a personal trainer could help out also??

The main way to lose weight (and the healthy way) is by calorie expenditure....burn more calories than you take in.

the only other ways i can think of are stimulant drugs (crack, meth) or liposuction. But really, you can't lose much weight if you're too lazy to diet or exercise. How can you get what you want if you aren't willing to do anything towards it?

That is the only way to lose weight - other than surgery.

To lose weight you have to burn more calories then you consume, and useless calories (such as soda-pop) are calories that basically go straight to fat because they have no other use.

Just watching what you eat and how much.
Watch your carbs and sodium intake.
But realistically you need to exercise some even
if its just taking a walk every day.

I know get a tummy tuck or eat Healthy Choices they are meat and dessert and stuff you usually eat. Try em.

Have lots of sex (with the same partner ofcourse). Its the only exercise that you will look forward to and will lose lots of calories.
