Freeriding or downhill?

Downhill has greater intensity, but for a much shorter period of time. Freeriding is alot more work, and you have to be really fit in order to do it well. Fitness isn't as much of an issue with downhilling, though the technique is on par. I would say freeriding is harder, but downhilling is way more fun.

Hmmm usually freeriding includes some downhill... But I would say freeriding because the obstacles are more technical and dangerous. I know I wouldn't wanna fall off the platform or anything! At least in downhill the ground is closer hahaha...

Neither. The hardest sport is debating which sport is hardest. Makes my head hurt.

Who cares? It's all fun on a bike, and that's really all that matters.
