what do i do while he is kissing my neck? i usually just run my hands on his neck and back because he doesn't kiss my neck for more than a few minutes. i was just wondering if there's something else i'm supposed to do. any help would be really appreciated.

just enjoy it. And let him know you enjoy it. Put one hand on the back of his head and push gently, so he knows you want him there. Maybe even moan a little if you fee like it. Otherwise what you're doing is fine.
This assumes of course that you do like it. If you really don't, then start kissing him after a few seconds.
The other thing to try is to kiss his neck, he may be kissing yours because he likes it.

there's nothing wrong with what you're doing now. If you like it whisper it in his ear. If not redirect his attention.
