many people who get their gallbladders removed still suffer from stones (in their liver). you should look into doing a liver cleanse. go to this site for more info (and look at the pix). talk to your parents, too. because if you decide to do the cleanse, it's best they know what you're doing. it's really easy & the cleanse doesn't even last 24 hours.

hope you get to feeling better.

After I had my gallbladder removed (I was 26), I had urgent diarrhea whenever I ate anything slightly high in fat. I don't know the answer is. Mine went away after about a year. Until then I was just very careful about what I ate. And I certainly never ate anything in the car. I only ate where a bathroom was nearby. If your doctor says everything is OK, I am afraid the only thing you are going to be able to do is wait it out.

As far the teachers not letting you go to the bathroom, that is terrible. You should have your parents contact the doctor so he can write you a letter to the school nurse. The school nurse can make sure the teachers know to let you go when you ask. She or he won't have to let the teachers know what the problem is.

Good luck, I know this is a big problem.

What kind of foods are you eating when you feel this? I had my gall bladder out back in 2003 and since then I have not been able to drink very much milk...maybe a 1/2 serving, and only 1% or skim. It just kills my stomach. I can eat other dairy just fine. Keep a log of your food intake and when you feel these symptoms eliminate anything that you have eaten just before.

Are you sure it is gallbladder related and not nervousness? Make sure you are keeping to the diet given to you by your doctor. I was told no tomato products (so no pizza) and lettuce. If I do eat either, I can get a little sick but I also experimented enough to know only certain lettuce makes me sick (iceberg vs spinach).
