Yes I'm afraid so. But it also can depend on how much muscle you have. I think you should try to lose some weight to be healthy. Since you are probably a fuller build, I think that a weight about 150-160 as long as you don't have any health problems would be better. I wish you the best of luck.

it depends on how much muscle you have. You sounds like you may be overweight, but not that much. Some exercising and dieting will do just fine. My friend was 318 pounds and 5 foot 3 inches and went down to 170 pounds in a year.

No offense but yes, if ur a girl u need to lose around 80-90 pounds.
Water is important for effective weight loss and fat burning for
the following reasons:
* Not drinking enough water causes you to retain water and look
fatter than you actually are.
* Being thirsty causes you to feel fake hunger and eat more.
* Drinking water aids digestion and the fat burning process.
* Drinking water helps you to flush fat out of your body.
* Drinking water helps to remove toxins from your body and keep it clean and healthy.

Yes, you are. No, 5'8" is not "very" tall as someone answered. No matter if you are a guy or girl, you are OBESE.
You should weigh no more than 150 lbs. if you're a girl and no more than 160 lbs. if you're a guy.
You need to lose between 80-90 lbs.

Yeah, it's kind of overweight. I was close to that awhile ago, though I'm an inch taller. It's not gigantic but it's also not healthy.

yes.
Check out this site- just for the calculator on bmi, not saying you need surgery. Your bmi is higher than what it should be which is 18 - 25.

do the calculation. Although it doesn't work for some athletes-they come up as obese even though they aren't.
