WELL I WOULD SAY ALCOHOL WITHDRAWALS...IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU DRANK EXCESSIVELY, AND THE REAL QUESTIONS IS HOW OFTEN DO YOU DRINK...THE REASON I SAY THIS , IS MY HUSBAND USED TO BE A ACTIVE ALCOHOLIC , HE HAS BEEN CLEAN FOR 4 YRS NOW, BUT THE SHAKES IS PART OF IT, I AM NOT SAYING YOU ARE A ALCOHOLIC, I DON'T KNOW YOUR WHOLE STORY, BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE JUST TAKING IT A LITTLE TO FAR...I KNOW SOME OF THE SIGNS OF ALCOHOLISM IS BLACKING OUT, HAVING TO DRINK TO HAVE A GOOD TIME WEATHER YOUR JUST GOING FISHING, OR GOING OUT DANCING, OR FEELING DEPRESSED AND DRINKING TO COVER UP FEELINGS, AND DRINKING ALONE..THINGS LIKE THAT...I HOPE YOU DONT TAKE THIS THE WRONG WAY, I JUST CAN TELL YOU ABOUT MY PASSED EXPERIENCES AND HOPE IT HELPS, BUT I HOPE THAT IT HELPS...GOD BLESS AND GOOD LUCK...

That is something that happens to people who have been drinking a lot of alcohol for a long time.
It's called alcoholism. You've been giving your body so much alcohol, that when you stop, it cries out for more. Ever taken that morning drink and the shakes have stopped? Uh-huh. You got it bad.

Cause you're detoxing and dehydrated. It's a hangover, but it also might mean you went too far with the alcohol. Drink lots of water and try to stay away from coffee and soda (they'll dehydrate you more and make it worse).

It's called D.T.s, delerium tremens. If you are getting DTs, you are getting them because you ingest WAY too much alcohol, WAY too often. You are going through alcohol withdrawal. Time to face the music kiddo. You've got an issue you need to deal with. Good luck.

Do you drink a lot? It sounds like you are developing a physical dependence on alcohol.

It is because you are dehydrated. Drink a lot of water before you drink while you are drinking and when you are done drinking.
