IS MAN so intelligent that he could figure out the Will, and the GOOD Intent the World needed for eons to come. He was so INTELLIGENT he knew what way people could live together in a Civilized Fashion?

The the Commandment *Thou shall not Murder* If this commandment was not inspired by GOD what would make Man think sometimes Murder is good? For instance: Homeless people living off the land does nothing for mankind? they become a burden, If it was up to Man he might say Kill them, they do no good Kill em like you kill a roach.

Do not covet or steal? Here's another one..Your neigbor is mentally challenged he has a Tool in his garage he will never use... So you take it because you can use it..
My point is GOD gave us the rules if Man did it would be what he personally thought was right or wrong... Who becomes the Moral Authority? or should I say Who is? One that is Superior beyong human intelligence, wouldn't ya say?

The Bible isn't fairytales. God gave us his commandments knowing there is NO WAY we can keep them without HIS help.
When your neighbor steals your tools that they presume YOU "don't use" - well, you will want justice.
Who then is right enough to judge the thief and the rules?
Only the Author.

Moral authority is a term that, realistically, makes no sense. People say that laws and rules are the moral deposit of our culture - they represent what is commonly accepted as moral rules.

Morality is nothing more than what the ruling class of a society believes to be acceptable social behavior. In the United States however, the government is set up to sometimes contradict moral authority, creating a clash of ideas and resulting in a much more progressive and logical end product.

No one decided what is right or wrong, people who have found themselves in positions of legal authority have decided what is legal or illegal - based on what they thought was right or right.

Mother Nature was given that job on earth ... because she has proved herself balanced and good for the human race... and nature.... here are some of the advice she gave god about humans.... they will need free will.
every human has a purpose in their respective societies so all should be valued equally... self responsibility equals self authority.... the greater the authority over others the greater the responsibly and accountability without being viewed as superior... the flesh is the property of the person... no human shall have slaves.... we must never worry about what a human wears eats or how he she chooses to decorate their flesh...
Mother nature observes that religions have posed barriers to humans living happy and free lives..... she also comments in dispair that they are not leaving when it is theirs if they just walk away...

Man always will choose to live how he sees fit. If it is more fit for a man to choose to kill, he becomes a murderer. If it is more fit for a man to not believe or believe he becomes a theist or atheist. Man chooses to live how he wants to live and the decision is all his own. The only way man determines wrong or right is by the collective rule of the society. Thats why in some societies we can smoke weed and in others we cant. In some societies we can eat people and in some we cant. We as a collective band together to decide right and wrong and then try to conform others to our way of thinking through discussion, war and Government world policing.

Humans decided what is right and wrong. As you put it, a fairy tale isn't needed to set morals. Depending on the government system, one or the majority decided what helped and harmed society and set morals as such.

Just because people get morals from the Bible doesn't mean their gonna be "good people". Look at slavery for example and how the Bible was used to say that was morally ok, until later on they realized how it didn't really help society.

Your whole argument hinges on whether a supernatural god exists or not. I see no evidence that he does. Until I do, I will live my life trying to be a rational person. I am an atheist - I don't believe in gremlins (other than the car that AMC build 35 years ago), I don't believe in devils or demons, and I don't believe in supernatural gods.

Believe it or not, I am a moral person. I volunteer my time and donate money to resources that I consider worthwhile to my community. I support my family in a decent lifestyle, I pay my taxes, I obey the laws, I help my friends and neighbors, I vote in almost every election, I don't kick dogs, I don't litter. You would be hard-pressed to pick me out of a lineup of church-goers, except for the issue of belief.

We probably have something else in common. I don't believe in Odin, Zeus, Osiris, Manitou, Jupiter, or any of the other gods of ancient mythology. The big difference between us might be that I believe in one less god than you do.

If you believe in your religion, that's fine with me. If you get a benefit from this belief, great. But if you don't want me trying to convince you of my point of view, I only ask that you grant me the same favor.

Remember, freedom of religion includes freedom FROM religion.

We have a little thing called instinct and common sense that tells us that killing and stealing is wrong, because it leads to conflict that could put our lives in danger. Some people ignore this instinct, but the majority of us have it, no matter what god we believe in or not.

who're you to assert what's sweet and what's incorrect? it rather is somebody's ideals, all that concerns is that it fairly is sweet for them. All I ever hear are human beings bashing faith because of the movements of a few, or because of the fact they do no longer trust the classes. whilst will you admit to all of the good it has executed? do you realize of what society could be like if faith did no longer deliver civility to the international? i understand, you will argue and ***** concerning to the Crusades and homophobia and racism and what no longer, yet you're ignorant of all of the charities that exist via church homes. you're unaware that faith made us of a of america a morally upright u . s . a .. do you realize of what an immoral society is like? Or have been you referred to in a privileged and sheltered dwelling house and your mad because of the fact your mommy and daddy compelled you to attend church? while you're so sacrilegious why do no longer you bypass door to door and pontificate approximately freedom from faith as a replace of complaining approximately it on the internet and claiming to understand what's sweet and what's incorrect like your some form of professor. You human beings use the comparable arguments each time once you bash faith, yet tell me this: is there any team of individuals who's suited and guilt unfastened? will we no longer all have skeletons in our closets? Or are those Christians you hate lots merely the scourge of the earth and the muse reason for all our issues? advance up...

"What if someone claims to have read the Bible and says it’s just a book of fairy tales?"

Call his bluff. Gently ask, "What is the thread of continuity that runs through the Bible—the consistent theme from the Old Testament through the New Testament?" More than likely he won’t know. So say, "The Old Testament was God’s promise that He would destroy death. The New Testament tells how He did it." Then appeal directly to the conscience by asking if he has kept the Ten Commandments.
