The word 'holy' comes from the old English for the holly tree, which were sacred plants to the Celtic Druid Priests and Wizards.

So to lure God out of hiding, try this simple but effective recipe: slice a small branch of holly leaves from a young tree, and be sure there are no berries present -- remove any you see. Place the holly leaves on your kitchen table and go to sleep. In the morning, when you prepare your coffee or tea, God will appear.

The best lure is to live your life in silence. Do not talk to Him. Do not Look for for Him. Do not ever wonder where He is. Just live your life respecting other people's right to believe and right to live as decently as you also want for yourself. Go your way to make a living. Help others when needed and do not be ashamed to ask for help if needed. Know the difference however between need and want. Every human being deserves another human being to be helping each other reaching their goal and creating their own destiny.
When you reach that stage, God may not still be showing Himself to you, but who cares? You have done what He expects you to be...A human being who lived for what he is created for.

If God existed, I'm pretty sure that the creationists and anti-abortionists would have embarrassed him so much he'd be really hard to lure into public. Would you want to be publicly associated with those people?

Its logical to think that God exists as the creator the beginning of all things. Mankind created a view of God as being a micromanager who is watching everyone all the time and has something to do with everything that happens to us. That works as a tool by evil men who invented religion as a control device and as a way of keeping people away from God and doing the bidding of evil in the name of God. God does create religious wars, murder, hatred of anyone different and oppression of anyone who does not believe as you do. Men do that. Most religious people are actually just worshiping the word and works of other men (false prohpets). they line up to do such acts and look for the approval of men who will in turn to them that God is pleased. Pretty blasphemous I think.

Maybe God can't be lured because He already came here. That's why we celebrate Christmas and Easter.

"Lure him out?" Wow, ok, umm you will NEVER lure Him out, whatever you mean by that. Unless your talking about Jesus' Second Coming, and then the end of the world, but other than that, no, you can't lure him out. Awkward question...but there is no such thing as a stupid question......maybe.....

Please read my words carefully:
If you see footmark in the sand, you'll say that someone passed from here...
If you see a piece of dog sh*t on the ground, you'll say that a dog passed from here...
So what about the enormous universe, the sky, stars, planets, earth and all the beauty in it, doesn't it lead to that someone made it?!!!

Some people say that everything is created by itself after the big-bang... I won't ask you about what caused the big-bang, but I'll ask you a simple question:
If you take all the letters of the alphabet, multiples of them, and you threw them randomly on the floor. Do you expect (by a chance of one in infinity) to get a poem like shakespear's??!!

Can't you see how organized our universe is, the planets, the eco-system on earth, look even in your own body... Can you control your heart-beat? Can you control your breath while you're sleeping? Who stopped your eye-lashes from growing after reaching a certain length? Who told the baby turtles to move towards the sea and not to the earth after they come out of their eggs? Who taught the bird how to make nests?

My friend, think with your heart and brain. If you're still lost, think about the following:

Do you know how to play safe?
Non-believer's case:
If there's no God and you do all what you want in life, then nothing will happen to you after life. But if there was God and you were mistaken, then you'll blame yourself FOREVER...

Believer's case:
If there's God and I followed His commands in life, then I'll be in Heaven after life FOREVER. But if there was no God and we're mistaken, then nothing bad will happen to us after life...

Now you know how to play-safe, in case you're not convinced?

I'm thinking a complete an uncondition surrender of your mid, body, soul and will.

Ofcourse, He is God, so he knows when you're sincere.
