It looks fine on the screen. The entire frame is printing in a black background without my text showing up. The only thing that does show up is my black headings which are printed in white against the black background. What is going on?

Printer drivers need to be refreshed, probably.

Look for any updates required.

Make sure that when you get to the print options menu you are not selected "Black & White" - this will print any white space on your slides as black. Change to 'gray shading' this will resolve the problems when you print.

Open the PPT slide
right-click
select "color scheme"
select Custom
change background

If you want white text and black background, creat a text box with black fill.
