Why? Excel's primary purpose is to produce spreadsheets.

Mailmerge with Word is a simple process. I recently found a great tutorial which shows you, with animated graphics, step by step.

Use the backwards P on your commonplace gadget bar to work out if there are any undesirable characters or section/internet site breaks. regardless of the undeniable fact that a rapid answer is as follows: as quickly as you have mail merged on your new checklist, which has clean pages. click 'document', then 'Print...', then tick 'Print to document', then opt for extraordinary or perhaps pages from Print drop down field, then click 'ok'. you may then save on your no longer common force. This new checklist won't have clean pages.
