Your question isn't entirely clear. I'm guessing that you mean that you have Windows XP but you don't have Microsoft Word. Some ideas ...

1) Buy Microsoft Office. Office 2003 Basic has Word, Excel, and Outlook and is the least expensive.

2) Download the trial version of Office 2007 from Microsoft. You can use it for free for about 60 days. After that, you need to pay for it to keep using it.

3) If you're a college student and money's an issue, ask at your school about getting a Student Edition of Office. It'll be a lot cheaper than the regular version.

4) An alternative: download OpenOffice, which is free. It has a word processing program called Write which can read MS Word documents and also save in Word format. You can download it at www.openoffice.org. It's about 90 megs, so you need either a high-speed connection or LOTS of time.

Anyway ... there are some ideas for you. Hope that helps!
