I like black beans because they do not have an over powering bean taste.

Get Pinto beans, that is what is usually used in Mexican dishes.
If you want to make it more like a chili..you can mix one can Pinto and one Can Red Kidney beans.

Well, I like the Taco Bell refried beans. They come in a can!!
And they are very tasty!!

Get those Rosarita refried beans with the chiles in them. OMG they are amazing...and cheap! That's what I use for my nachos.

I recommend kidney beans, but if you want to be more authentic you can go with black beans.
