I am a very shy person when i am at school but if i was to act like i do at home at school, i would be really popular. so how do i get myself to be more confident and get guys to notice me??

baby girl, let's forget about being popular. you're just fine being yourself. all you have to do is say "hi, how's going" the next time you pass by the guy you want his attention. trust me, that's all it takes for him to notice you.

First of all, people can tell if your are confident or not. The ugliest girl could stand by you with so much confidence that she could score with the captain of the football team and you being beautiful will lose to that girl . You know why? She believed in herself. Dress your self up. Put on some makeup and be as confident as you can. If you don't believe that you are beautiful, why should anyone else. Secondly, your education should come first. Go to college and get a degree, start your own business, or be the top executive in your firm and the guys that didn't notice you will some day be working for you. Stay positive.

Well. If you need a confidence boost try calling him. And try really hard not to hang up when he says "hi". Just think " He's a regular person too. He's not king of the school. No matter how popular he is. He's still a person.

You seem so sure that you'd be popular if you relaxed, so you obviously have some faith in yourself. Why are you shy? In my experience a lot of people that are shy are afraid of having people not like them. You can't worry about that. Not everyone will like you, but it's not about you, it's them. Be yourself, and the people that are compatible will like you. I know it's really hard, but really the first thing you have to do is just not care if someone decides they don't like you. Either you are just incompatible people, or that person is shallow and judged you too quickly. So move on to the ones that do like you and have fun.

Well if all your looking for is a "good looking guy" then you have the wrong mindset. A guy doesnt have to be good looking on the inside, you have to look at how he is on the inside too. Sometimes i am sure you may find the right mix of both. but lets face it its hard to get perfection, but if your only looking for good looking and dont care about anything else, then show some skin, flirt, open up.... it wouldnt work for me, because i look to the inside of a woman and how she is to everyone around her and sweet nice happy..... good luck

get some confidence. Do not act differently just to get guys to notice you. Do it for yourself. If you are changing for guys, you are doing it for all the wrong reasons.

If you know you can get popular by acting yourself than do it. what's stopping you? everyone hates people who's not themself. If you want guys to notice you, wear a short skirt. That will get their attention. and you have to do the rest when they come talk to you.

It's all about comfort. You feel more comfortable at home than you do at school so if you bought something from home to school with you it would give you more confidence to be yourself.
