I feel I need to explain myself but he does not give me a chance.He called me when I was at work and he doesnt seem to understant I need my job too.He told me he is giving up I really love him .What should I do to win him back.

if it is really love on both sides it will just happen.he will come back. if its a one sided love then let it be. it hurts to love and not be loved back.
work gets in the way of a lot of things. take my advise but look at yourself too. do you really work to much. or are you working what must be worked. its a fine line
and remember. work is work, love is work, life is work. all we do is work.

You don't want to win him back, he is selfish, controlling and immature. Any decent guy knows that a call to your work is iffy and subject to ending at any time. That call is always started with "can you talk". Dump this jerk, he is what he is and that isn't good. You can do so much better.

Let him go. He just wants it his way. If he was interested in hearing your side of the story he would go to your place and discuss it with you. A place of business is no place to discuss personal problems. Tell him that.
