Since you never been to a tanning bed dont go over board and spend like 15-20 minutes in it. Since its your first time you should only go five minutes and work your way up! I dont suggest the fake-n-bake. It looks so fake and its noticable, plus it doesnt give off a good shade. It also depends on if you are going to get a membership for month by month or just a one time goer. If you only plan on going that one time then its like $5 and a membership is about 25 dollars and sometimes less and sometimes more

i would start out at a short length of time (maybe 5 min) & gradually work your way up...otherwise u may possibly end up burnt, which won`t help anything, because u may peel & that would totally defeat the purpose, wouldn`t it??? i`m talking about in a tanning bed of course...as far as the spray tanning, i can`t say, as i`ve never done that, i prefer the tanning bed personally...the tanning salon will have a variety of products & tanning packages available, & u can discuss the best ones with the salon staff that will best suit your needs & goals...prices will vary accordingly...probably u will expect to pay around $50 per month for unlimited tanning privileges (for the normal 20 min beds)...bronzing beds & stand-up beds are usually a bit more expensive...of course, all prices vary according to the salon... don`t forget to exfoliate & moisturize your skin to help preserve your color!!! hope this helps a bit!!!

i go fake and bake my only tip is to make sure u have the staff check on u after about 10 minutes i feel asleep and go completly burnt.
if this is ur 1st time tanning u most likly wont get very tan so if u need a quick tan i would go for spary tannning.
so i guess what im saying is it depends on how quickly u need ur tan done by.

don't tan in a tanning bed at all. it will give u wrinkles and stuff when u get older. u should just get a spray or lotion tanner at the store. i used the coppertone spray stuff, but it comes out clear so u dont see where it is, then the tan developes in a day. but if u put on too thick of a coat, it will be orange. one coat is good, but if u want a darker tan, the bannana boat sun dail and also the summerless tan suff work better, but they are the lotion, which is harder to apply evenly than the spray. hope theis helps:)

Tanning beds are straight, but you halfta keep on going to keep the tan. if you dont go for a week your back to pale white. which is why... i switched to mistick tanning. i get alot darker and dont halfta keeep going every single day. tho mistike makes you a lil oranger then if you wore to go regular tanning.=]

don't go tanning in the first place, when you do that, you are destroying your skin cells. that will cause you to get skin cancer. get some of those spray on tans.
