The following link is a listing of all $50 bills presently for sale on eBay. I saw one Cleveland district note that was at $69.50 as of right now:

http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&combine=y&fcl=3&from=R10&ftid=2&fcd=1&satitle=%2450+1934&sacat=40028%26catref%3DC6&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1%26fsoo%3D1&coaction=compare&copagenum=1&coentrypage=search

This should give you a fairly specific idea as to what your note is worth. Bear in mind that the condition of your note will make a difference as to the value.
