if i wana 2 change any setting , i always run regedit command ,
but this time when i type the command and press Enter , i see this message " registry editing has been disabled by your administrator " ??? so ...what can i do ....Also ... there is something stramge happen with my pc ..The " folder options " has been disappeared ??

What you just described is a typical description of spyware, or a virus....These types of programs like to shut down regedit, task manager, they even can shut down your antispyware or antivirus program.....Since these types of programs shut down access to certain parts of the operating system, and you appear to be infected, you might have to take your drive out, and add it to another pc as a secondary drive on another pc and scan the drive for an infection that way....Its to late to install an antispyware or antivirus program once your infected, its likely the "malware" program will prevent a proper install.......

From this message, I would assume that you aren't the administrator. If not, then you need to find the person who is and get them to make changes. If this is an error, I suggest you try Microsoft for help.
