Louisiana is famous for the mardi gras parades in shreveport and New Orleans. Its famous for crawfish, Jumbalaya, and gumbo and king cakes. They hosted the Comic View with Bruce Bruce their last year. Tyler Perry (Madea) was born their and thats where his plays derived from. New Orleans Saints are considered one of the better teams in NFL football. Their known for jazz music. their known for Grambling State University a highly recognized black college and LSU college(tigers). Louisiana has alot of historical sites and museums too. Louisiana is known for candy paint and their car shows. Louisiana has alot of Hummer dealers also. and lets not forget the famous Lousiana hot sauce.

Hot sauce, gumbo, jambalaya, etoufe', craw fish, alligators, Cajuns, and French Acadians. and by the way - I once had a cookbook that was called The French Acadian Cook Book copy rite 1716 but lost it and am looking for it. I would pay good money to get another copy.
