It sounds like you are very worried about what is going on with you. It is good to listen to your body. If you feel like something is truly wrong, go back to your doctor and get a full blood work-up done. Explain all of your symptoms to your doctor, and if he won't do it, go to another doctor. You may be deficient in some mineral or vitamin, or there may be something more serious going on.
If you have an unusual amount of stress in your life, maybe you should look into taking up yoga or start meditating. I know it is hard to shut down your mind, but relaxing will really help. Learning to let go of what is bothering you, can be very healing. It also helps with your sleeping. You did not mention how well you sleep at night. On average, how many hours of sleep do you get a night? It is important to get at least 7 hours a night, but it is impossible if you can't shut down your mind, or if you are constantly worried about stuff.
Get to the doctor, and have them run all the tests to rule out anything physical.
Good luck.

Are you getting enough sleep lately? Maybe you're not getting enough oxygen into your brain. Are you on any type of meds right now? Do you drink coffee often? Because excessive caffeine intake can really mess you up if you are sensitive. You can also feel weak and tired if your testosterone level is low... I don't know why that would happen to you though. You should check out another doctor.

If there's nothing physically wrong with you, then it must be psychological. See a psychologist.
From your question, it sounds like you're under a lot of stress. And always eat right, exercise and get at least 7 hours of sleep.

I would find a new doctor and homeopath and start fresh, in the meanwhile- consider allergies. when I was younger, my reaction to pollen and such was the feeling that I was wrapped in cotton batting (not all there, or sleepwalking, like you describe) The tingling sensation is possibly the antihistimines or epinephrines your body produces in response, I also experienced light headed, drunk sensations (my body's attempt to fight the allergens with its own suite of "drugs") Depending upon where you live and the spectrum of allergens, you could suffer for 7 months, finding relief only in the dormant months of late autumn, and winter. Good luck

I have no idea what is wrong but SOMETHING is. Listen to your body. When it feels wrong, it needs attention. If one doctor couldn't diagnose it, I'd go to another doctor. Telling you to not worry about what is wrong is not a good answer. It's only reasonable to be concerned when you don't feel well.

Hmmm it really sounds like to me that you have poor circulation of blood. you should excersize and meditate alot, and that should help. because of poor circulation in your arms and legs, you get that tingling sensation, and i believe the daze.
i think excersize is your best bet. i think also, you shouldnt worry too much about it, because stress might make it worse. just excersize, and you will be fine.

go see a regular M.D................get a second opinion......tell them about the lithium........you may want to get off that stuff....overtime this drug can reach toxic level,s......there are many more choice,s of antidepressant,s......newer third generation type,s are more effective & less dangerous......if they can,t find a physical problem.....they may reffer you to a physcologist/phyciatrist.....too evaluate your situation.....hope this help,s...hope you feel better...good luck.
