We're in 2007. Times have changed, so it shouldn't be weird to ask a guy to the prom. There are girls who ask their man to marry them, so as long as you wanna go, and you wanna ask (and no one is asking you), go ahead. Be bold. Don't be afraid.

No not today. Girls have become more aggressive and have made men a little shy and less confident on their approach. You have a 50/50 chance...If you ask he will either say no or the Yes....Without asking you will never know. Enjoy the prom.

not weird. my friend did that, and she had lots of fun. just make sure that you are normal after the prom, if it's a friend you take. my friend got it all wrong and she thought the guy liked her, she started calling him and acting weird after that with this friend she took, and he hung up on her one of the times she called. they don't talk since then. and she is mad at him, but she has no reason to, she should have known that he was only doing her a favor by going with her. just like you are with a friend. he is only going with you, so you wont go alone.

No it's cool, cuzz it's your guy friend, and not just some random dude.
But if it was some guy that you you liked and he didn't know until you asked him to the prom, that guy would think "I'm the man baby, YEAH"!!! Then he'd tell everyone that some random chick just asked him out, and he'd be hi-fiving all his boys..."you the man dogg" (pump his fist) "YEAH"!!
Now that would be weird....
J/K HAVE FUN, GO WITH YOUR FRIEND...

expensive smart Cookie, i'm valuable that this guy feels something for you or he does no longer have asked. i'm valuable that a guy merely does no longer ask all of us for the heck of it and that i'm valuable that he's picturing how attractive you will seem on your promenade gown. merely relax and don't ruin this spectacular adventure by potential of questioning in the journey that your good adequate, or if he needs something or in the journey that your going to kiss afterwards, merely savor it and enable issues happen for sure. savor the invitation and relax and if he thinks your attractive, which i think of he does, then your in for a brilliant time. savor your self.
