My hands shake all the time. Gets worse before I eat or the day after I've had a few drinks. My docs have checked my blood sugar and thryoid. Nada. Anyone have this and have tricks to make it stop? I'm not a nervous person but it appears to others that I am!

Your dehydrated. You need to drink water. The muscles in your hands are cramping and releasing.

i thought this was going to be a question about greeting people and the spread of germs.
some people have parkinsons disease, which i believe can be magnified with alchohol.
Of course alchohol itself can cause detoxicating symptoms in withdrawl many people call it the "shakes".
There might be a mixture of envioronmental toxins, ( to be polite) that can also react in adverse ways to both alchohol and secret potions.
try an experiment and stop drinking and see if it the shaking stops, try drinking more water, and if the shaking persists you might want to consider checking for parkisnons.

Just let your body lose. Do not stiffen up your limbs, etc. If the problem is too serious and persists, go for suitable medical treatment, without feeling shy. Prevention is better than cure, and it is NOT a fault of yours, if you have a natural problem. Please don't let it aggravate. Also, you should try to be oblivious of this problem and not too self-conscious about it. That helps, for sure.

Doesn't your dr. have any ideas for you?
I have a bit of shaking in my hands as well, but I have not mentioned it to my Dr. yet because it is very minimal and hardly noticable most of the time...But I would hope my Dr. could give me some answers and help...
