Fellas what's the difference in you calling a woman cute, pretty, beautiful hot or gorgeous?

I notice this big time in stuff I read, listen to etc. So what's the difference? Us girls here in the office wants to know!!!!

Cute: attractive or pretty especially in a dainty or delicate way

Pretty: pleasing by delicacy or grace or having conventionally accepted elements of beauty

Beautiful: having qualities of beauty; exciting aesthetic pleasure; generally pleasing. Applies to whatever excites the keenest of pleasure to the senses and stirs emotion through the senses. You would call someone you are in love with beautiful...not pretty, cute, or hot.

Hot: someone who is sexually excited or receptive

There are a few slight differences to some, but not all.

If I was to call a girl cute, that means that she is attractive, but can be a little homely. This also can mean that you find something about her to be good or attractive, but it may only be only to you and not others.

Pretty can mean the same thing, or it can mean you are just passing a compliment on to her. ex- "you look pretty today."

Beautiful is a word that I use when I want my girl to feel good about herself, and a word when I want to express how good she looks to me. I use that less than pretty becfause it has more meaning to me.

Hot is used to describe the sexyness or model like attraction. Saying she is hot is like saying wow, look at that, (wink, wink). Fine is another adjective to put in place of hot.

I'm not really sure about gorgeous, it isnt a word that I use. I would rather use these other choices than gorgeous. I would asume it would mean that the woman looks really good, standing out from the rest.

Pretty = Physical attraction
Beautiful = Very Pretty
Gorgeous = A mix of the above plus a lil extra
Hot = Definitely dateable and or sexually explicitly atractive!!
