The closest you can come now and I predict for the long ternm will be ethanol outlets, which are now confined to gas stations that sell gasoline cut with a small proportion of ethanol. Thats going to increase though because farmers are starting to ramp up on the upcoming ethanol boom.

Why do we want bio fuels are the fossil fuels that the earth system have recycled for million's of years not good enough.

Our infrastructure (production, delivery, availability) continues to lag behind the interest of some, but not all, of our population. We don't make big changes until it involves our money or our convenience in a major way. Too bad.
