how long does it take to complete?

I considered it. You have to go to the town hall and they can give you info on which plots you might select. I think it would take a few months to get the project toward completion. I'm not sure how fast they could get you a permit, but I'd guess that would be the main task to tackle.

No i haven't but thats a great idea
I think firstyou need to see if anyone owns that land and then use it if no 1 does.
Itactually depends on the number of people that are helping.
and you'd also need supplies so u ned money for those. anyways good luck and i hope this helped

No, I haven't but you might start with the your local Tax Assesors office to find out who the property belongs to. If it is currently owned by someone, they may be willing to let you garden on as it will only improve the property and benefit locals in your area.
