Crying is a way of releasing the pain you feel . Its almost like a safety valve. It helps one deal with a devastating emotion or situation. In a way it is your fact melting with the pain you feel. Crying is not pretty but them my friend neither is pain.
I don't trust men that never cry,they are holding in far too much of their emotions and are subject to blow up over the slightest thing with anger . One shouldn't suppress negative emotions just as you should never be afraid to show happiness.

You are all heart! I guess you never attended a funeral for a Policeman who was shot ,and his widow who is standing there with three little kids holding on to her has tears running down her face. I'm wasting my time answering you, you have no idea of what compassion means.
