What do people (guys and other girls) think about girls with tattoos? I'm not talking about the cool tattoos people get and regret for a lifetime but really meaningful and not too big or cliché ones. Is it okay, does it bother you too much? Would you find a girl less sexy or good-looking just because she has a tattoo?

I've seen a lot of very pretty stunning women and then i see they have big back, full sleeves, chest, full leg tattoo's and my first thought is "Your such a pretty girl why would you do this to yourself"
I LOVE LOVE LOVE small meaningful tatoo's on women. I think they look really nice and sexy on....
Back of the neck
Wrist
Ankle
Foot
Back of the ear
I love words or sayings on girls not so much into big pictures.

A woman or man with a lot of tattoos is sexy to me... I have them and so does my fiance...
It also depends on the quality and placement of the work though too... and if the tattoos are not very fitting of the person and their style. I dont think a really preppy girl should go get her entire arm sleeve done but a rockabilly hottie could pull it off and look amazing doing it. It fits the style of that person.
If the work isnt any good that could be a total turn off though!!

I think it depends on the woman and the tattoo and the placement, etc. Some women have home made tattoos on them that look like trailer trash. Others have beautiful pieces of art work.
I think it's all a matter of taste like any other accessory.

I just love tattoos. I do not care if a guy or gal has it. It is like make-up - it is ornamental. I adore a girl that has a tattoo. Just never get a rose - that was the sign of a hooker to us older guys.

It completely depends on the tattoo and location. A friend of mine has a weird but very cool design around her navel. It's hot.

i am a girl and i got my tattoo 5 days ago of my son's name i would never put something on my body that is not meaningful to be there for the rest of my life. i don't care whether people like it or whether a man is going to like or not because i'm married and my husband loves it!!!!

Wouldn't bother me at all - it's your body and you can do what you wish with it. In fact, I would be more put off if I knew you really wanted to get tattooed and didn't because you were afraid what people would think.

I like tattoos; my boyfriend is getting one with a cross that says "In Loving Memory of Dad." It's not very big, and it's his own special way to preserve his dad's memory.

I think it really does depend on the person, I am a very shy introverted person and I got 3 of them over the last few years and love them so.. they are all meaningful, colorful and well done. I am looking into getting one more this summer
My husband and others really like them and for me they are great to start conversations with so it helps me in that way.
I see them as a way to express yourself, but yes do think, think think about them before getting one. My kids are proud of them, one on my leg is a long stem rose with their names written on a ribbon around the stem very nice
