I would keep out of it. You don't want to make things worse, you know? If and when she does find out, be there for her, but I wouldn't let on that you know, that will lead to anger and resentment =(

It's different when the kid is an adult. Somewhat. I still think it would jeopardize her relationship with the parents (both). The cheater will deny and manipulate and lie about the situation. The cheatee will tend to think they are lying and just want to do harm to the marriage. I have heard the advice given to people in this situation to tell the cheater the game is up (better have some pretty solid proof) and they need to fess up to the cheatee by a certain date or you will do it for them.

The woman you know is an adult and shouldn't get involved in her parents' lives for her own sake. Her parents should work this out themselves. The best she can do is suggest they get counselling.

As hard as it is, the best thing for you to do is to stay out of your parents marital problems. If you like you can go to them and say, "I am aware of the problems in your marriage and it is making me feel sad to see this happen to the two people I love most in this world. I choose to stay out of it and hope you will not ask me to take sides. I love you both and hope you will both be able to work things out". Hopefully this will move them to come to some kind of resolution to their problems. If not, just do the best you can and make the most of your own happiness in your life. Best of luck to you!

Tell them. It could save the marriage...or force the divorce that was bound to happen. Either way both parents would be able to move on..and relive their lives in happiness

i would sit the cheating parent down and tell them you know and tell them that either they tell their spouse about the cheating or you will. you parent has a right to know and hopefully the cheater will come clean instead of putting you in the horrible position of having to tell the bad news.
