Do you think employees at "big box" electronic stores are qualified enough ?

Have you ever been misinformed about a technology?
Did the employee offer multiple solutions to your problem?
Were they courteous when dealing with you situation?

In my experience, the majority of them are just smart enough to find their way to work. I've given up on them, and do my research and purchasing on-line.
