Not yet, anyway.
However, a lot of Canadian culture (not the French part) is very like ours outside of the big cities. It is very comfortable, direct and good hearted. (I'm not speaking of French Canada, which I understand is beautiful; I've never been there.)
Also, the scenary is gorgeous.
Even so, I love America, and it would have to stop being 'America' before I stopped loving it.

Why would one want to be? Both can live and work in either country and both are culturally compatible. Both can live or work overseas in most of the same countries. So really there is no point. I would be interested on how many Americans apply for Canadian citizenship as opposed to the other way around. I would bet more are applying for US citizenship.
Many places in Canada accept US dollars but finding a store in the US that accepts Canadian dollars is almost nonexistant. Not relevant but it came to mind.

3 Americans would rather be Canadian. 2 of them are illegal immigrants and the 3rd one currently resides in Washington DC.

No ,I'm very happy to be and remain an American. I do like Canada its a very nice country and I like the people too. But the USA is my home and I love this nation.

I would love to except it's so cold! The people in Canada seem to be less selfish and more educated.

Nope, not me. Why would you do this? The people in Canada are constantly buying items from the US. We are, and will always be, the best place to live in the world.
