Karamel, I can help with with this one, BUT it's simply too long. I doubt that even if I write down the English equivalent, that you'd be able to understand it, much less pronounce the whole sentence correctly.

Ni hao, fen chi (ling, yi, er, san, shr, wu, leou, chi, ba, jieou, shr) wu fa chie ting. Ching ni liou siya ni de sing ming. lien luo dien hua chi liou yen. wo men huey chin khuay yi ni huey dien. Shieh shieh, jai jien.

Does this make any sense to you?

If you do not speak fair Chinese, then the best answer for you is that you cannot say this is Chinese. Chinese is not like English, where slightly poor accents are acceptable. If you were to read Robert's words with decent pronunciation, which is EXTREMELY unlikely, without proper tone pronunciation no one has any chance of understanding any of it.
