Just leave it in the sun for several days.

Kudos on realizing that polystyrene (a plastic) absorbed the water, BTW. Most people don't realize that all plastics (except UHMW polyethylene) absorb water.

Put it in a fan oven at no higher that 40degrees. How did you get water into presumably expanded polystyrene?

cover it in honey and this will absorb the water the same way it sucks the moisture out of your toast, this can be proven by the way cold toast with honey on always curls up

put in a chamber and put a good vacuum pump on it.
