Try support/microsoft.com. You can probably download it from there. Also, try drivers.com. Good luck.

There is a bad security update causing this problem on alot of pc's.
Control panel>>add or remove, at the top check mark "show updates", scroll down towards the bottom, look for security update: KB925902, click remove to uninstall it. and restart your pc. This should take care of it.
NOTE: you may need to change your automatic updates settings if it is set on "automatic", or it will try to install ths update again later .
