lots of water, lots of veggies, and lots of friut. and lean meat and fish. just eat smaller portions, thats what works for me.
and dont do atkins, it is so bad for you. carbs are what feed your brain. you need them! just eat less.

Hi,
I have never had a fat problem but I know others who have. They have increased the amount of water they drink and reduced the carbohydrates they eat. By increasing the amount of fresh green salads (eat as much raw food as you can get for example: instead of cooking carrots eat a raw one, or fruit etc...) you will get good nutrition (eventually). I say eventually because initially your body has to clean itself which may take a while.
My friends and I regularly take brisk walks (up hills is better) for at least 40 mins four or five times a week. I ride a bicycle approx 15 km 6 times per week.
We are in pretty good shape.
But after saying that anyone with any sort of medical condition should seek they're medical practitioners advice.
Water is the real missing ingredient in a lot of weight/fat loss.
You need to consult a professional about the amount of water per day but most people don't drink enough of it. During summer the amount is much higher but still 1-2 litres per day min I would suggest.
Also by concentrating on helping others get what they want you will eventually get what you want.
I hope that helps.
Don't go and do anything radical but by making small changes in your life style and habits... for example instead of taking the lift, take the stairs.
Things will change.

Many of us think we eat right ( including me) but over the last 9 mos. I added some, ( I call it, "pudginess/fleshy"), hate it. I ask around too, not much luck with that for I'm always told: what's wrong with you, you don't have a problem. Well, yes I'm slim but, ended up with the above. Then I was told about a book , and in no time I've gone down to become lean, it's what I wanted.
Here is the Book name, it's "AWESOME", called: THE FAT FLUSH PLAN , Author; Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D.,C.N.S.
In as little as 3 weeks, i shrunk 2 dress sizes, (prev. a 6) and now I'm becoming a " MEAN LEAN MACHINE" I already love the way I look and to top it off, I ABSOLUTELY FEEL GREAT & HAVE SOO.. MUCH MORE ENERGY.
I highly recomend this to anyone, weither to loose or just feel great and feed you're body truly, WHAT IT NEEDS TO WORK IT'S BEST!

Diet and exercise.
But here is the real factor.
Check out CLA and take 4+, preferrably 5 grams of it a day.
Many, and I mean many, people have noticed their body fat drop significantly in around 2 months and the results get better.
Bulknutrition.com has a 1000 count, 1 gram, cla pills for $59 dollars I believe and that is one heck of a bargain.
CLA used to be big in foods a couple of decades ago, but it's not really found in foods this time around, so it is fine to supplement ourselves with it, and there has been many proven benefits, and reducing body fat is one!

A healthy lifestyle. Eat lots of raw foods. Avoid processed and bleached sugar and flour. Eat whole grains. Drink lots of water. (8 - 8oz. glasses a day).
Don't worry. If you're losing inches, that means your doing something right. Regular exercise and weight lifting will increase your metabolism, and therefore you'll lose weight.
Keep up the good work!

To lose body fat you have to eliminate all the excess and empty calories from your daily intake.
Eat small meals more often and include lean protein in every meal.
Eat more fiber.
Avoid soft drinks and high sugar fruit juices and increase the level of your cardio intensity.

examine all your labels. determine you in common terms take in a definite style of fat grams in line with meal. shall we are saying 15 grams, dont circulate over that quantity of fat in line with meal. that is too low counting on your age, height and wellness so which you would be able to ask your checklist. additionally decrease yoru carb intake as properly. incredibly a low fat, low carb foodstuff plan and many cardio could do the trick.

no carbs for 2 weeks, then add back in healthy carbs only. Atkins is way too strict and VERY bad for your kidneys. Southbeach Diet is the way to go.
